Sweney Prosser (1902-1993) with his guitar. He founded The Honolulu Strollers and appeared during the 1930-1940s on air at WBT-AM in Charlotte, NC which at the time was one of the most powerful transmitting radio stations east of the Mississippi River. He was a son of Elridge Franklin (E.F.) and Lillian Camellia Cox Prosser. From the W.G. Prosser Collection.
